QuickBooks Online Initial Setup

Includes the setup of the proper chart of accounts and training on the day to day functionality. If you require additional setup in the other fields (i.e client/vendor list) there will be additional costs.

Clean Up/ Catch Up Services

Price depends on the number of months needing to be completed and the time frame.

Accounts Receivable Management

Invoicing customers
Applying payments (client will be responsible for receiving payments. I will apply them to the invoice based on information provided by the client)
Aging Report will be provided to client monthly so they can pursue the collection
Write offs to Bad Debt as needed
Management of customer list within QBO

Accounts Payable Management

Issue Purchase order (client will be responsible for comparing the received shipment to the PO)
Enter Bill into QBO and matching to PO
Provide client with weekly list of bills needing to be paid (client is responsible for processing the payment)
Record Bill payment in QBO
Management of vendor list within QBO - including any discount terms
